When do the free Epic games change?

Epic swaps its free games once a week, usually on Thursday at 11 AM Eastern (8 AM Pacific, about 4 PM in the UK). The next switch is Oct 1, 11:00 AM ET. Claim a game before its offer ends and it stays in your Epic library for good, even after it goes back to its normal price.
